Does exactly what it says on the tin!
Great overall product for all printing, copying and scanning. Efficient ink consumption and looks the part. Loving the eprint and wireless printing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was not a new purchase but a replacement for the original that had stopped working and would not clear the problem, and still wouldn't clear after speaking to the back up team. Took a couple of days to replace with a reconditioned printer. Was not to easy to set up initially as it didn't seem to recongnise the computers. Has been fine since and may it long continue as it plays a large part in my business.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Continual paper jaming

This is the 2nd printer I have had since I had to return the 1st one due to continual paper jamming issues. This 2nd printer also suffers from paper jams so I shall be returning this one also. i wouldn't recommend this printer to anyone. The first printer lasted 3 daysand the 2nd one approximately 3 weeks. Hardly used it and still more than three quarters of ink left in the original cartridges that came with the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does what it says on the box

After my last HP printer died on me after 10 years of excellent service, this model fitted my requirements, and even did A3 printing (which I rarely need, but you never know). Although it is early days (1 month of daily use) it is fast, efficient, and the controls are easy to manage. Ink usage is good, although as a new model, replacements are not as easy to obtain as for some models. I have not had to use all the features yet, but I am really satisfied so far. One gripe - perhaps it is a little noisy in a small office.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Paper Jams

This is the second printer of this model that I have had since the original one had to be returned after approximately 20 days owing to paper jams. This replacement printer also suffers from a similar problem which seems to be intermittent. It consertinas the paper just before the print head and then jams. I wouldn't recommend this printer since it is unreliable

HP OFFICE JET 7500A WIDE FORMAT

This is a great printer that I found easy to set up and to network through the router so we can all access it.
The facility to print A3 is a must for us and the price was very good. The cartridges are on the high side although so far they have lasted well.
The scan facility is very quick and I particularly like the ability to choose an editable format from a scan. Genius bit of software.
I'm very happy with the printer all in all however, the one HUGE negative for me is the double sided printing!!! A basic printer function and it has been left out. I have yet to get my head around this omission.
You can set up odd page printing and then open up the paper tray, put the paper back in and then set up the printer function again to print even sides but to do this I have to make 28 mouse clicks through the advanced settings. I needed black and white so that was the extra 3. I now have to weigh up the cost of my time to the cost of the paper if I don't print double sided! Hugely disappointed with this. If not for this I would have given 5 stars as everything else is wonderful.

Space age printer!!
