after buying severall cheap printers and finding either the inks are expensive and dont last long I bought the hp what a machine simple to set up and easy to use, printer quality is good and if you have a problem like I did there service backup is second to none . to sum up mine is used by five computors, Inks are priced on a par with competitors but last longer, service is good It works well even on a single telephone line.

This printer does what it promises but I was a bit disappointed that it only hoold one size of paper at one time. It didn't claim to have a multi-feed so I guess my fault in not doing enough research. That said, print quality good and we have excellent WFI connection. Seems to go through a fair bit of ink but we do share our printing with a dedicated A4 printer thus leaving this one for A3 paper. We got this printer at an excellent price through a HP cashback promotion. This incentive has made it a good purchase.

Not only is the product useless but HP are unable to fix the problem and I have spent countless houirs on the phone (at 5p per minute out of my pocket) trying to get it fixed. They have sent me a replacement (secondhand and filthy) which has the same problem - intermittent copying fault. So more hours in the phone and more expense. Don't touch HP printers if you value your wallet.

Purchased this printer to use for the art club I run, we needed a good quality printer with A3 spec. The print quality is really great on the different paper types we use reproducing our artwork. We are also printing pictures of subjects we wish to paint and they are reproduced to a high quality allowing fine details to be displayed.

Officejet 7500 great, so far.
I have a Laserjet 2100, has given years of good service.
Have lost the user manual and the red light stays on.
Can you help with the manual or advise what to do about the red light.

I would recommend this printer to anyone who values good quality printing. It is easy to use and the ink seems to last longer than similar printers. Ink is reasonably priced too. Overall - definately five stars!
