THIS PRINTER IS TOTALLY USELESS , NOT COMMUNICATING WITH MY COMPUTER MOST OF THE TIME.AND AT TIMES REFUSE TO WAKE UP FROM SLUMBER. I REGRETTED WASTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON IT.

Really good printer but having problem with matching envelope sizes!
software problem or is it me!!
well it so quick and the ink does last a long time.
It is a real benifit to me have A3 printer as I need drawing printed and can read them they are so clear.
Works on wi fi too NO cables

This printer looks magnificent on the desktop, not only that, it does perform to an expected standard. The use of ink is average, and it is not expensive to fill in. On one side i would find a3 scanner faster to deal with, but that would take its compatibility. It looks a good size for a A3 plotter. it is very easy to use and has lots of amazing features, love the card slots right on it, saves heaps of time, the only bad thing i can say is that i am having problems with the wireless connection, it seems to be forgetting my PC and it does not function when off the INTERNET, but this might be just my problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The printer has some annoying quirks (such as poor document feed when copying or scanning single sheets and tempremental copying), and HP are frequently out of stock of cartridges. The Help Desk is good once you remember how to access it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very pleased for first two months. Then I had to print off 100+ copies and after the first 20 the colours began to fade and miss print. I changed the inks printed okay on small runs but could not cope with long runs. Now on single prints
the colours, even with new cartridge, take it inturn not to print. So now I only use it to print using the black ink, had no problem with the black ink cartridge. Everything else is fine but I thought I had bought a colour printer.
