Great player that although is pricey, is well worth it. Provides great picture and sound quality whether it's a dvd, blu ray, or 3D blu ray.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

This 3D BD Player loads fast has great apps and offers a crystal clear sound, has deep detail in picture and 3D use. I would recommend this to anyone who simply wants the best!

Loads fast - (Wish the samsung Led 3D 8000 series tv remote was more cross compatably then it is with player. But the cheaper looking remote for the Br player runs tv features and player ok. )
The Hdmi cable must be 3D rated or you will run into quality problems you creat yourself. (The same is true if you hook up an Hdmi to a cable converter box to your Led 3D tv to play on demand 3D content.)
When connected to a samsung 3D 8000 series LED tv the sound is reduced 20% over what is possable with Tv.

When hooked up to surrond sound system with optical Audio no difference. For that reason I gave it a 4 for performance.
Samsung does make sure you get constant updates via internet to keep your product up to date a plus in the industry.

Cons: sound max vol 20 % lower then led 3d tv

Once you do your upgrades and start using some of the Apps I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Connected wireless it performs very well so far in most Apps but skips in some. As always the BluRay quality is as good as the disc you got and the TV your connected to. Most play without issue but I have some that it had trouble reading. Again I think it's related more to the quality of the disc. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase. Samsung has a great website to ask questions, get downloads etc.
