All in all it's a good enough Blu Ray player, but 3D is something for those who wants that extra entertainment. Bad part is that not much 3D movies are made to get that full potential of 3D enjoyment. Blu Ray works great no complaints there. Price was a little high when I first bought this player.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, reads dvd fast
Cons: needs more 3d movies to enjoy

Problems since day one

I have always been happy and genuinely impressed with the few Samsung products I've owned but wouldn't recommend this one. I've owned a BD-C6900 for over two years and it consistantly has problems playing DVD's and the internal WLAN card seems to be something of the lowest quality available. I am going to to try ordering a hard copy on the next round of firmware updates instead of using auto-update to see if this fixes my problems......until then I wouldn't recommend it.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good 3d blu-ray and reads computer video and music well

I enjoy the 3d features of the blu-ray player and have been successful reading the movies and music stored on my computer. Have done so through wired setup as wireless was a bit bumpy for the videos.
Easy set up. The only down side is the connection through my onkyo receiver. The picture and sound periodically drop.
Pros: Realistic color

Worked for a while then nothing but problems

Had this unit for over a year with minimal problems until now. The unit now has to be reset several times a day. the Netflix freezes and takes several minute for everything to reboot. Not made to last very long.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, have to reset daily
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
