Water resistance is awesome

I have only had the phone for a week and I hate it, it is durable and it is water-resistant which is awesome but the phone itself is nothing like my iPhone and I am getting rid of this phone as soon as possible also the speaker is nice and loud but overall the phone itself it's not good perfect for a company work phone but for personal use not so well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had it about a month...
Its not fancy.
But it went into the neighbors pool accidently and I had to dive for it.
Still working fine. Screen is clear and crisp and it will go all day on a single charge( standard disclaimer, this is a phone not a tablet! I use it for calls texting, occasional google searchs and weather radar updates.)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Delivers as promised!

This is my first smart phone so I am a novice to them. I was reluctant to purchase one as I surf daily and am prone to getting the phne wet and rough treatment. I had the Rugby flip phone before this because of the aforementioned issues. This phone has proved to be durable and forgiving given the way I treat them. Features have been easy to learn and I am kicking myself for not getting a smart phone earlier.
The sound quality is great and I love to talk to text feature. Still learning more about the phone and really like it!

I have had this phone for several months now and have discovered a few things about this phone. If you turn the data off it will go several days on a battery charge, but that's not why you got one of these phones is it?
That is the only difference with my prior review from several months ago, just need to add a few things though. This phone loves making calls, so much it will do that all by itself, even when locked and sitting on a desk which is where I had to leave it most of the time. It would even call someone and then not hang up even when I tried to get it to do so, and the other party could not make calls out because this phone had the line tied up. (it was a land line)
So last weekend when I got a call from 911 asking if everything was alright I decided that was enough, so they sent me a different phone, I hesitate to say new phone because I suspect it may be reconditioned due to the fact it arrived shrink wrapped to a piece of cardboard which I think I am to attach the original phone to and send it back and the back appears to not be new also.. I will ask them but no matter they will insist I keep using this phone. I can only hope this one doesn't do so much what it wants to do and more of what I would like it to do.. I'll try and let you know vif they sent me a used phone as replacement or not if I can find out for sure..

My husband really likes his new phone.

My husband required a sturdy phone and Kyocera seems to be able to handle the pressure. He is a roofer so his phone goes through a lot. Plus he now can play games on his phone. Previously he could only use the Rugby and the screen was too small to see internet or games. Other types of phones were too delicate for his job and the cases were too bulky. The Kyocera is perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!
