I've had a lot of phones. I had a Samsung rugby pro before this. It honestly is the worst phone I've ever had. Its sluggish, locks up online all the time, pocket dials nonstop, enables and disables features while I'm in call with customers. I am disgusted. Do yourself a favor and get the rugby pro. Do not get the Kyocera.

very nice cell phone

Battery last all day on one charge. Ring and volume are very loud when you need it.Dropped phone in a sink of hot water, never phased it wiped it off still working fine. Great phone has the right feel and weight

A great paper weight

I can't believe I wasted my money so badly. It crashes all the time, shuts off for no reason, does strange things without asking me. They even have ads built into the phone. The battery overheats like crazy it felt like it would scorch my hand. Oh and the touch screen doesn't work very well either

This is a tough phone

So far I have dropped this phone on the concrete twice and rode 75 miles in the rain with it on my belt. Still works like new. I never thought I would like a smartphone but this is a really tough phone, I drive a truck so it gets a good beating and is in a stationary mount that vibrates all the time. Still works great. I like it so much I got my daughter the same phone and she loves it also!

I got this phone for my husband less than a year ago. We have had to get it replaced for malfunctioning device once, and again for a junk battery. His current version of this phone randomly completely restarts a few times a day. Stay Away!

I definitely should have keep my old phone. This one is slow and has too many apps that I gotta go through. It keeps freezing up. Idk I liked my old phone alot better.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PHONE. I WORK IN A JOB WHERE MY PHONE GETS TREATED BADLY AND READING ALL THE FEATURES THIS PHONE ADVERTISES I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE PERFECT. I WAS MISTAKEN, IT GOT WET (WHICH IT SHOULD EASILY HANDLE) AND THE SCREEN HAS PERMANENT MARKS IN IT NOW AS WELL AS THE FORWARD FACING CAMERA NO LONGER WORKS. IT OVER HEATS OFTEN, AND TELLS ME I AM OUT OF STORAGE OFTEN. THE CAMERA IS VERY POOR QUALITY. THE ONLY THING THIS PHONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO DO IS BE DROPPED, BUT A GOOD CASE ON ANOTHER PHONE CAN ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN. HOPE THIS HELPS PREVENT SOMEONE ELSE FROM WASTING THEIR MONEY.

Sluggish, does not respond well to touching, included Kyocera software freezes, skips emails, does not charge despite many wireless chargers tried.
