Good for cleaning up animal messes

I purchased my machine in 2012 and it has worked beyond my expectations. Today it wouldn't spray the solution. I followed directions to clean the sprayer, which didn't work. Although I have to say it's nearly impossible to clean the spray mechanism since it is all encased in plastic. So, I took it to local sweeper man to see if it can be fixed for minimal amount of money. Waiting to see what he says. I agree with some comments that the cleaning head and the recovery tank CANNOT be cleaned and do accumulate nasty gunk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little cleaner is great! I used it for my Papas chair, which he gets Ensure and Jolly Ranchers on and it took everything out! I used it on his carpet and that looked new too!

I have only one room with carpet, and it's in a high traffic area just inside a patio door wall. I wasn't expecting much from this little machine; mostly bought it for auto upholstery cleaning. However, after a quick once-over, the traffic area cleaned up amazingly well. It will take a more thorough attempt to get it uniformly clean, but I can see that I will be most satisfied with the performance of this little wonder.

I have this product it works good cleaning my car carpet spots and my carpet I review people that give this product a 1 star I was lucky but my machine no leaks yet I took care of it got it for 1 year I use it on many cars it does a good job

The suction is extremely weak. I filled the tank to the low mark for a small job, and there's barely any water in the dirty side. I went over the same area many times with just suction, and it won't pull much water. I tried cleaning a chair and now have a fan on it trying to dry it out. After running for a while, I sprayed some solution on my hand, and it was cold as faucet water. I'm not sure what the heater heats as it's not the water. The fan exhaust is also out the bottom of the unit. If you set this on something very fuzzy, you're going to hamper the suction more as it can't exhaust. I sat it on a tote lid. The hose is also very short. If you have a tall back on your couch, then this thing will be up there with you. It seems a little better on floors. It still is weak on suction, but with the way carpet is it seems to dry a little faster than upholstery. Still, spraying some cleaner, scrubbing and let it dry and vacuum would be about the same. I wouldn't buy it again and will probably be taking it back.

Heater doesn't heat

Machine is ok; wish it had more suction; have to keep going over and over the same spot to get all the water soaked up. and the heater doesn't heat the water at all.
