I love that it's easy to use and compact. It's great for cleaning up small messes from the critters. The only issue I have with it is you can't take the clear cover off the brush head to properly clean it. Bissell, please fix this!

Used this on our four year old couch and the dirt that came out was...WOW.. didn't think it was THAT dirty, looks nice'n'clean now. I would recommend this for general couch and fabric cleaning.

It really works great. First one I received did not heat. They were quick to send me a return label and even sent me the return product before I returned the non-working unit. I highly recommend purchasing the spin brush if you are cleaning carpet, especially stairs. The heating water really helps get out stains.

This is the second machine we bought to spot clean our theater seats. We do this about 4 times a year. The machines last about 8 months with sporadic use and then the pumps give out. After the second machine, we'll be looking for something better.
