Spray Pattern Too Wide & Water Heater Weak

The supplied 3" Tough Stain Tool sprays about a quarter circle or about a 90 degree wide pattern. Spent as much time drying over spray from the dashboard and headliner, as I did cleaning the seats. Overall it's satisfactory. A spray bottle, scrub brush, and shop vac would do the same thing faster.

Great little machine

I've had my little green for about 11 years now. Only had to replace a couple of parts over the years because it was leaking. That was fixed quickly. Now the pump has died and it won't pump water anymore, still sucks, just won't pump. I hate that I have to buy a new one, but 11 years of using at least 3 times a month, for babies or animals I think is pretty good. I've also used it in my car. Does a FANTASTIC job. Just don't want to buy a new one because NOTHING today is built like it used to be.

You Can't Beat The Heat

A couple of weeks ago, we bought a "LittleGreen Proheat" machine and my husband and I really like it. It does a real good job on our cream colored carpet. We had tried several other types of cleaners on some of the trouble areas such as heavy traffic areas, and they didn't quite cut it. We think the key is the "hot water" application. Some time ago, we had our first Bissell product, the "Little Green Cleaning Machine" which gave us faithful service for many years before "bit the dust". It left a big legacy for it's new descendent, the "LittleGreen Proheat". Thanks for another fine product. Sincerely Shirley

Where is the video to show me how to put this thing together....it looks very cheaply made. All plastic. Paid enough money for it. In all honesty it doesn't look like a good possibility of doing anything great. Cheaply made.
