Years ago I had a Bissell Little Green Machine which worked wonderfully on stains. Family and friends were so impress it was continually being loaned and unfortunately lost somewhere along the way. As pet lovers, with puppy and kitty stains, we have used commercial carpet cleaning services and also used many recommended stain removing solutions without much success. It was time to purchase a new Little Green Machine and the Bissell wonder solution to use with it. We couldn't be more pleased.....our off-white carpet looks like new.... I would recommend this cleaning method and solution product to anyone. Our thanks to Bissell for making our job easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second one. The first one lasted 13 years. We have used it to clean everything from the car to floor. It works great on the Georgia red clay.

This is our 2nd Little Green Machine...our other one was 12+ years old and finally died. We hope this one lasts a long time as well. I like the heat feature, as well as the overall design - the cord wrap feature, the clip in holder for the attachment end. However, the one thing I am GREATLY disappointed about - the nozzle attachment - you cannot remove the clear cover to thoroughly clean the attachment. We have a short-haired pet, and hair gets trapped in the corners of the attachment. When I called Customer Support I was told to "wiggle the attachment around while running water through it" to clean out the attachment. Really??? Old old Little Green Machine DID have the capability of removing the clear cover on the attachment. I wonder why Bissell didn't keep that design?
I would recommend this to a friend!

The machine works well on small spots and on upholstery. However, I wish the Turbo Brush would spin a little faster. Also, the spray hose tends to clog occasionally, requiring it to be disassembled and blown out. The heater unit is a useful addition to the machine.

The turbo brush is air driven by the machine; therefore, if your hose is clogged this tool wouldn't work properly. To eliminate clogs in the spray line, try running just water through the tank prior to storing.

All it seems to do is leak all over the floor. No cleaning solution comes out when I push the trigger button. And there's no product manual anywhere on the Bissell website. I've got a sick child throwing up, and the last thing I need to to have to spend the whole day figuring out how to work the thing.

I have had my LGPPCC for about 5 years, and love it, so I purchased one for my daughter in law. I know she'll love it as much as I do. The machine is simple to use and store. It's not too bulky. I use mine to spot clean. It's so easy to use that my carpets stay cleaner because I don't 'put-it-off'. The down side for me is that it is noisy - very noisy, but that doesn't stop me from using it frequently. I often use just water to rinse a spot of mud or sugary something out of the carpet - works fine.
