I will not buy this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get the little green pro heat machine but when it arrived it didn't work. The dirty filter side leaks and doesn't fill up and the heat does not work! I used it the 1st day I received it and got so frustrated I put it away. I then tried to use it again today and still nothing! I am so disappointed and the box was thrown away by accident so I do not know how I can return this item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After struggling for some time with pet stains, I remembered "The Little Green Machine" from a TV commercial years ago. I didn't know if it was still around and to my joy when I googled it, there it was. Yea! I ordered it and absolutely LOVE it. Works great. I would highly recommend it. Very Happy Senior

Cleans good but hose does not hold up

I have had several Little Green Clean Machines and I have had the same problem with all of them. The hose splits near the handle. It has happened on all of them. The machine does the job ad does it well, the hose just does not hold up. Works well up until the hose split point.

Inferior to previous model

We bought our first little green machine over 25 years ago for pet and baby needs. We loved it! I wanted a new one and purchased this model. I am also disappointed, as are other customers, that the heat feature does not work, it leaks, the sprayer gets clogged easily and you cannot remove the plastic cover to clean. Debris gets stuck on both sides and will not come out. Very bad design and performance. The former model was superior.

First, the machine is great for the first use, after that it quickly goes downhill. The machine is impossible to clean, I have tried everything but there is no way to clean out the dirty water tank without the dirt building up all over the tank. There are only two of us, so the floors are never that bad to begin with. Right after cleaning the floors I pour in hot water and rinse it out the best I can. It does not matter. Now when I turn on the machine it smells horrid. The hose (the connector piece that sucks/sprays water) is easily clogged. It collects debris/dirt/hair/etc. on the side of it and that does not come out. (The top clear plastic should be removable so the piece can be cleaned). Now mold is forming. Also, the machine barely sprays water. And, the heating element no longer works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Chris - You can clean your hose by suctioning warm water through the hose to clean it out before storing the machine, or use a HydroRinse tool to rinse out formula, dirt, pet hair and lingering odor. Also, rinse all tanks and tools and let them air dry after every use.
