It's nice to have such a powerfull machine in such a tiny package. You wouldn't think something so small could really get the job done, but it will surprise you. I love the fact that the vacume is so strong I don't have to worry about leaving my furniture soaked.

A Big Waste Of Time & Money---Again!

This is my 4th Little Green Machine in the last 10 years. I replaced the cap & insert, the duck bill gasket, wasted time and money trying to get this machine to stop leaking. Rusty water is coming out of the bottom of the machine. This Little Green is meant to last about 1 year----then it leaks rust all over the carpet and stops working properly. Don't waste your money. They are cheaply made and won't last. Not sure what I'm going to do now. I need a reliable portable carpet cleaner that won't ruin my carpets by leaking rust on my carpets.

I used the Little Pro Green Heat to shampo steps from the loft to the living room and from the living room to the basement. It performed really great and the rugs look almost new. We have lived in our home for 5 years and this was the first time the stair had been shampoed. Highly recommend the product.

I have owned 3 of these. The first one (an older model) lasted quite a while and eventually started leaking. I got my money's worth out of that one. I got a replacement - this exact model. The quality of it was not as good - it feels cheaper. I had to return it quickly because the attachments wouldn't clip on to the hose. I got a replacement, which worked fine. However, one problem I have had with ALL of the units is that the sprayer on the brush head gets clogged. I always clean the brush head after each use. I've tried several things - the sprayer just gets clogged and becomes nearly worthless. I've even purchased replacement brush heads - the same thing always happens. On my current one, I have a hard time attaching the brush head now - it is like the o-rings have expanded - makes it difficult to use now.

Thank you for your review. Make sure you are using the Little Green formula with your deep cleaner. Perhaps, spraying water only after cleaning will help clear out the lines and clean the cleaning tool. We hope this helps you out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am giving the little green carpet cleaner 3/5 because if I was rating it on this machine it would be a 1/5! I received it and the brush head that squirts water is not working. It appears the nozzle is faulty. I am contacting Bissell and planning to have it replaced. I have had one of these carpet cleaners before and it has been wonderful- it would have gotten 5/5 that's why I gave it average for a score. I am having to switch heads from the old one to make the new one work currently
