I purchased this unit 5 years ago when my roommate and I needed a small spot cleaner for our dog's mishaps. I moved recently and really missed this portable carpet cleaner. It is so effective for my doggies mishaps and now for mine too. This is so helpful in that it is easy to use, effective deep carpet cleaning and easy clean up. No wonder I missed this! I like that this will heat up the water for cleaning. I use this cleaner more than the big cleaner but most of my messes are little.

I originally bought this deal to work on the upholstery in the vehicles. It seems to work very well. It's nice to see the dirt and such get sucked out of the floor. I do feel that it could have had better suction power though, it didn't seem to work to well on the seats.

I had really really old stains. This machine really worked it's magic. I did have to use a little elbow grease but it was well worth it. I'm thinking about buying a bigger one also so I can do all my carpeted areas. This maching is perfect for smaller areas and cars. I recommend to everyone!!

My husband and I purchased this machine when we moved into our new townhome. It has been a great machine. We have two adult dogs who always seem to be up to mischief and this machine has saved our floors more then once. The heating is amazing and it cleans pretty much everything with out evidence of it even happening.

So Disappointing

I bought this after eyeing it for a while, and it finally came yesterday. I immediately put it together and started using it. It works great on stains, but it would work better if the heater would actually work. I can't believe that a product from Bissell, fresh out of the box, is broken. The water wasn't heated at all. I thought it would get better the more I used it, but a solid 20 minutes later, it was still spraying cold. This was my first and hopefully last Bissell product. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my new pro heat to remove salt residue from my cars carpeting ,and it worked as expected.Wish that clear cover piece was removable to be able to clean small sand that was stuck in the corners of the 3 inch tool.Also should include instructions to flush hose and tools.Buying cleaning products for this machine is limited when other bottles of Bissell cleaners should be listed on the bottles.
