Have always purchased Cuisinart products because of their quality. Easy to use. Makes great coffee and keeps it hot.

Bought a few months ago. Brews good, does not produce not a lot of excess steam, (which some machines I’ve had mad too much), keeps coffee hot when using the different temp settings. Only 4 stars as it does have water run down back of machine when opening the lid (which was a complaint on other reviews) but not a deal breaker.

This coffee maker is easy to use and makes a great pot of coffee. We love the controls - especially the timer - so we have a pot of coffee waiting for us on work days. The only knock I have is it can be kind of difficult to pour the water into the reservoir. Also, when pouring the first couple of cups, the pot dribbles down the side of the pot.

Very happy with product but two things stand that need addressing. First is the shower head on the basket, when putting the pot back on the warmer plate it sometimes jams or stops and is hard to get back in, doesn’t seam to be adjusted well for seamless use. Second is the beeper sound level, in my option very loud and would be nice to have an adjustment level or two settings (low & high), we have turned ours off.

We've owned other Cuisinart coffemakers in the past, and this replaced an old friend. So far, this one makes even better coffee, is easier to program and seems even better built.
