I have used my new coffee maker and I am very pleased. They finally figured out how to capture the residual water that falls behind the coffeemaker. No more puddles. The coffee is much hotter due to the new burner that keeps the coffee in perfect temperature. I am very happy with my purchase and enjoy my coffee everyday. Thanks.
