Been using it for a month and was a replacement of my old Cuisinart which I had for fifteen years. This one is great and modes are cool. If I get fifteen years I would say I am satisfied.

My last two coffee makers didn't last a year, that's my fault. I bought cheap Black & Decker's but they looked good. So far my Cuisinart 14 cup programmable coffee maker is doing great and makes a good cup of coffee. Get back with me in a year.

We purchased our first one a little over a year ago. It quit after a year. We figured it as a fluke or operator error and bought another one of the same kind. It lasted 10 days. Sorry - Have to tell you we exchanged this last one for a Kitchen Aid.
