It is doing everything I expected. It is easy to clean, makes excellent coffee, (btw, I fresh grind beans for every pot using burr mill, been doing this for 15 years). If I were to point to anything that is not perfect, it would be the difficulty getting all of the water out or the carafe when filling. I really love the 14 cup max though and gladly put up with a little inconvenience to have that.

This is the best coffeemaker I have had! After researching reviews from consumer agencies. I ordered it online.? I love that it can make up to 14 cups at a time and that I can adjust the heat to my liking. I will probably buy this same model when I wear this one out, if it’s still available.

Nice looking coffee maker iwth push buttons. The hot plate is the best and hottest of any coffee maker I've purchased. This was a replacement for a similar model that lasted over 10 years of use. Great product.

It's just a very nice coffee maker. Nice looking, great features and you get Cuisinart quality built in. You do have to be precise when adding water, but it's not a hindrance or a drawback. It just could've been made a little easier. That being said, we love it.
