It was a Christmas present from our kids. Most important thing for a coffee maker is HOT coffee! This does it. We love it.

I originally purchased this item 2 years ago and accidentally broke it so because I was so pleased with it, I wanted the exact same one. Difficult to find, but very glad I finally did. I love all the features on this model. Best coffee maker ever.

It makes great coffee easy to learn how to make a perfect cup of coffee. Only gave it 4 stars because it can make 14 cups but I can't find any #4 filters for 14 cups only 8-12 but I can live with that :)

We bought this about 3 weeks ago and it's everything we wanted. Programmable startup strength of brew and heat option. Also a 1 to 4 cup option.

I have had this for about 3 weeks. works quite well, only thing i wish that was different is the way you have to pour the water into the maker. It is a little difficult to pour water in.
