We bought this a month ago and love it. Was using percolator and french press, still use the french press (our favorite), but this makes a great cup of coffee with plenty of boldness and easy to clean up and love the program feature.

The coffee stays at the perfect temperature and taste good. I use filtered water from my refrigerator. Could not figure out how to use the water filter provided so I don’t use it. I use the gold filter plus a paper filter, so clean up is a breeze.
