Great coffee maker. My second. Had the 12 cup for almost 12. It was still working fine but the bottom of the burner was starting to rust slightly. Got the 15 cup hopefully it will last as long as our first one!!

Not what I expected!

I bought this a week ago and am very disappointed. First, the coffee maker beeps that it is finished and in reality the coffee basket is still full of fluid. Second, after a long period of time, the basket still has fluid in it. Third, sometimes the top lid to the coffee maker has coffee grounds all over it- as it brews it makes loud noises like it popping the grounds. Sorry I bought this and maybe that’s why I see it’s discontinued?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought our first 14 cup programmable coffee maker during 2019. Use it everyday, sometimes twice when having get togethers, parties, or hosting dinners, and need more coffee in the evening. Easy to program and use. A real "set it and forget it" coffee maker for the weekends. We like to prep our coffee Friday night when going to bed and have it ready and brewing to help wake us up on Saturday morning. The coffee maker is easy to clean, maintain, and brews a consistent cup of coffee everytime. Worth the price and knowing we'll get 5+ years (over 1,800 pots of coffee) out of it make it an easy decision. It's not over the top expensive, and not bottom of the barrel cheap. Just right in the middle and perfect for what we need. Would recommend this coffee maker to anyone looking for a a consistent cup, reliable, and simple to use.

I love this 14 cup coffee maker. Both my husband and I work from home, so having the 14 cup coffee maker is great for us. One of the things I like the best is that you can set the warmer plate to be on for up to 4 hours. That comes in handy when you are on long calls and want a hot cup when you finally can get to it.

Trouble programming

Cannot seem to find a way to program WHEN to automatically tell it to shut Off after brewing! Button #7 has 3 features which only seems to operate ON/OFF!
