My well used and well loved Cuisinart coffee maker was due for a replacement so an updated version was the logical choice. Updated can mean unnecessary additions that turn a simple process into a more complex one. Thank goodness this is not the case. Altho there are changes - carafe temp, shut-off setting - they are useful and do not complicate the simple process of making an appreciated and enjoyed cup of coffee. Thanks, Cuisinart, for offering a model that proves more is not necessarily better and remaining focused on what's important: brewing a delicious cup of coffee.

Seamless operation, great coffee! Bought this when I ditched my single cup brewer. It did not disappoint! Love the copper color!

We love this coffee maker! Make 12 cups everyday, so didn’t think I needed a 14 cup but love the extra room above coffee so it doesn’t spill when removing carafe from heating pad.

Love this coffee maker! This is our 4th Cuisinart over the years & our 2nd of this model. Brews perfectly. Love all the features: backlit controls, 4 hour keep warm, bold brew option, 14 cup carafe, water filters included, reusable coffee filter, to name a few.

Very easy operate, instructions tell you everything you need to know and how to program. Love the extras, outside water level gauge, and the ‘bold’ button for coffee.

We really like this coffeemaker. The extra capacity is very welcome and the full size shower head makes a big difference in coffee taste. I recently brewed my local roaster's coffee in a different Cuisinart coffeemaker that had a shower spout and the taste difference was very noticeable. Our previous coffeemaker also had the large showerhead. This just confirms the pronounced difference this feature makes.

We purchased this to replace another Cuisinart coffee maker that we had for over 10 years. This one has some nice improvements including a larger back lit LCD display and a water gauge. This machine makes consistently good coffee is easy to use and looks great sitting on the counter.
