This was a gift. Brews a great cup of coffee. Like the options, like "bold" and higher "heat."

I love everything about this coffee maker. It is just as described! My favorite feature is "mute" button. It is the quietest coffee maker I've ever owned!

Easy to use, makes a great cup of coffee and 14 cups is a bonus over the usual 12 cup makers.

I've had the coffeemaker for about a month and use it daily. It performs well and keeps coffee hot as I like it. The end brew signal occurs slightly before it's done dripping so hold off a bit in pouring that first cup. So far, I'm pleased with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the look and the coffee. My only negative is that sometimes it makes really loud noises while brewing.
