This Cuisinart replaced an old one that had rusted on the warming plate. I'm hoping this one holds up better in that regard. It's really a handsome looking coffeemaker and the brew taste is pretty good. I'm happy so far!

Would have been a fine except it had to be waranteedd because I couldn't get the 'Clean" lite off. No matter how many cleanings I did per instructions the red lite never went off. Customer service said "That's because you're supposed to 'clean' the coffeemaker BEFORE the lite goes on"-what? First, the instruction booklet doesn't say that, and next, the lite should have come on way before that if that's the case-duh! Anyways they did a good job of waranteeing, so that's good, but now I have to clean it before any lite comes on (not the intended design) as I don''t know if that problem has been fixed.
