If you need a pot that makes 14 cups, this is the purchase for you. Very easy to use and makes delicious coffee. This is my second one.

It’s a great coffee machine, a bit more basic than I was expecting. I like that I can turn off the beeps and noisy alerts. I also appreciate how hot the plate keeps the coffee for long periods of time. It makes a lot of noise at the end of a coffee batch, pops and steam eruptions, similar to a much less expensive machine. I was expecting a quieter, more streamlined brew cycle.
