It's very quick & keeps the coffee warmer than my old maker! I like the charcoal filter for water but very expensive to replace. 2 problems so far are spring loaded coffee filter has a lot of resistance when putting pot back on maker! 2nd the pot leaks coffee on you when pouring & you can hear the pot crackling while cooling on the counter !
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use and keep clean. Pot doesn’t leak when you fill it! Replaced our Mr. Coffee and the 14 cup is perfect for working from home!

The bold option is a life saver when it comes to lighter, medium roasts and the fact that I can set it up at night and coffee waiting for me in the morning!

Love it, it works great! I wanted stainless steel, and a lot of this is black, so that's why I gave a 4 star instead of 5.
I would recommend this to a friend!
