This our third Cuisinart coffee maker. We really enjoy the 14 cup capacity pot this model has. We also like the window they added to see how full the water reservoir is. The larger opening at the top makes filling easier. Overall, we love our Cuisinart. The only reason we did not give it a 5 star rating is the noises it makes occasionally after brewing.

Reliable as expected. I purchased this because I previously had a Cuisinart and loved it. Not disappointed. Keeps the coffee good and hot AND the new option to brew "Bold" has resulted in my using less coffee. Haven't tried the 1 cup option but expect it to perform as stated.

The warmer shuts off after 3 hours and nothing in the instruction book explains how to keep it on longer, so I just hit the brew button again. There should be an option to keep it on. Also, using the metal filter leaves sludge at the bottom of the pot, so I put a paper filter in the metal mesh one. The problem is, the mesh filter isn't big enough and sometimes grounds overflow. I wouldn't buy this coffee pot again. I thought it would be good quality because of the brand. I am disappointed.

love the brand it's my 3rd model I've owned. this one is a bit cheaper in materials but the coffee comes out tasting great and always hot!! our old one was starting to fail us in the temp.
