Nice coffee maker. I personally did not like the basket for the coffee. Once I bought some filters I was very happy. Seems like the basket doesn't keep all the grounds from going into the coffee. Still learning some functions. Keeping the coffee warm for very long seems to make it taste Old? I have lowered the temp down to one so hopefully this will help.

I had my last pot for 10 years. I loved it and decided to get a new one as this one stopped working properly. It has not changed in 10 years. I am so glad I got a new one. I love the coffee filter. This is a great pot.

We love this coffeemaker. Makes great coffee. Beeps 5 times when finished brewing and twice when it turns itself off in two hours. Received as a gift and really love it. Does have steams coming out the top so we pull it out from under the cabinets while it’s brewing.

It needs to be emphasized that the coffee beans need to be ground medium-fine so coffee doesn’t run over the filter & not drain properly.

Love the maker This is my 2nd one. Only problem I've had is the plastic rim on the glass pot starts to leak out after filling. Had same issue before and Cuisinart kept sending me new pots.
Was hoping they fixed this default but no. I battle with the pot most times but my fresh coffee is always so good.

Died after about five or six years. I struggle to get a good tasting cup of coffee out of this, but I bought another one anyway because I don’t really want to spend time and money experimenting with other coffee makers. The black color makes it impossible to see you if the water reservoir needs cleaning or not.

Love it. This is my third from your company. I buy them as gifts as well because the brew is wonderful. Live the new lights and the bigger 14 cup carafe.
