Very nice coffee maker. Love the 3 level heat plate. On slow days, put it on low and no burnt taste. Normal days, medium keeps it good and hot. Up to 4 hr timer is nice too. And 14 cups. Woo Hoo. I can fill my big thermal cup, go fishin' come home to pee, refill, and head back out. Like the cone filter too. Wish the snap on lid was hinged tho. Very minor annoyance. Pours well.

This is a replacement to the toggle switch cusinart that started shutting itself off. This one has a nice modern look that most households will be okay with. However, it is stainless but with black plastic parts so it’s more functional than fancy if that appeals to you. The side is flImsy and dents so you can tell corners were cut on the back and sides. For me as long as it isn’t an eyesore, I’m good. This machine is very easy to use. 5 buttons and a couple modes where you have to long press but if you just want it to brew it’s as easy as one button. The water reservoir section is wide and mostly mess free. The gold filter and interior pop out for easy cleaning and make filters unnecessary.
If you are familiar with the old cusinart system it’s the same here. It’s a great unit and we highly recommend this one too.
The only downside is the finished brewing beep is the same part from a smoke alarm beep. Lol

Overall great coffee maker, but I upgraded from a 12-cup maker and the basket that comes with this maker doesn't seem to hold as much coffee grounds. It spills over into the coffee pot.

The coffeemaker is great but there's one feature that I don't like. This model doesn't allow you to change carafe temperature after you've started the brew cycle, which I like about my other Cuisinart coffee maker. As i drink through a full pot, it's useful to lower the temp of the carafe to keep that last cup fresh and not burned.

The coffee maker is good but not outstanding. The pour rim still allows coffee to dribble out of the sides when the quantity in the carafe gets low. It is the same when pouring water from the carafe into the top of the coffee maker. It is harder to place the carafe into the right position to ensure it is seated properly during the brew cycle. With all this being said, this is by far the best drip coffee maker I have seen on the market.
