Have had a couple of months now, and keep getting grounds in our coffee. I am not overfilling grounds, and only making 12 cups in the 14 cup machine, so not sure why this is happening. Disappointed so far in the quality, had hoped at this price point would be a better machine. Coffee is not as hot as hoped, even the warming element on H does not heat up the pot to what I consider HOT.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

brews quickly, easy to use, easy to clean. This is our second cuisinart coffeemaker. We had our first one for over 12 years until it died. When it came time to replace the old one we did not even look at any other brand.

Brews a nice hot cup of coffee with warming plate on medium tho it does take up to 10 minutes which is why 4 stars not 5, don’t usually make 14 cups but it’s nice to have available when we have guests. Hope it lasts longer than past coffee pots I have purchased
