I love the look of it and the hot coffee it makes and keeps hot. If you don't get the filter basket in there "just right" you have a coffee mess on your hands, but once you learn the trick, it's all good. It's difficult to pour the water in from the carafe due to the angle of the lid on the coffeemaker, but not too bothersome. Overall a great product.
