This is a good machine. Just enough bells and whistles without being over the top and complicated. Like the fact that it comes with a water filter, its own filter basket, and it even included cone filters to get you started. Makes HOT coffee, fresh and clean tasting. The only downside is that after brewing, when lifting the lid there is a LOT of built up condensation that puddles outside the machine if you're not careful. Not a huge deal. Good machine for the money. I recommend.

It is so wonderful not just in brewing but the ability to have the tone off or on. not having the single kcup maker that wasn't usable is a plus. Fantastic brewer.

Its a GREAT coffee pot.
There is two things that need to be addressed.
1) When you lift the lid to remove the grounds shortly after brewing a lot of water runs off the lid and runs down the back of the coffee pot onto the counter making a mess.
2) They need to have the option to leave heater on longer than 4 hrs.

Otherwise its as good or better as my Bunn that broke after 30 years.

Pretty machine; amount of coffee made is great (14 cups). However, product does not stay hot and water level is inaccurate by almost 2 cups. Difficult to make consistent coffee.
