[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this coffee maker about a month ago. I really love how it works and it looks beautiful on my counter. I personally think it looks "high end"! The 14 cup carafe is perfect for two people who LOVE to drink coffee. It's easy to clean, too (don't forget to change the filter every 2 months). I suggest to slooowly pour the water in the coffee maker as the opening in small and towards the back of the filter area. Great coffee maker overall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent coffemaker and I especiallly like that it is 14 cups. The "Bold" button allows me to use less coffee and get th same quality. The only thing I would change is the snap-off lid, I would prefer one that flips up. Overall a great coffeemaker.

Easy for starters

This coffee maker is simple yet very useful for a beginner coffee addict. With simple features having 4 programmable buttons and an LED screen. It does its simple task of making 1-14 cups of coffee.
However you if you do not have anything beneath to catch the brewed coffee, it doesn’t stop dripping the coffee down making a mess. Just make sure you’re placing the glass Carafe before brewing. It’s lightweight and durable.
Just add the desired amount of water and coffee and let it start your day with good energy and caffeine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product and even better warranty, mine started leaking water over night so I called the warranty department the lady was great I told her I couldn't find receipt she ask for serial number and said no problem your coffee maker is covered, she told me to cut the power cord and send her a picture of the maker showing it cut while still on the phone she got it and my claim was done week later I received a new maker.
