It is not up to snuff like other models I have owned! It doesn’t matter how much or how few scoops of the coffee grounds - it overflows the grounds and makes a mess in the pot - yes everything is seated well and I am using proper filter!

I purchased this coffee pot to replace a previous one that had failed me. This coffee pot is too big as I only need an 8 cup but it was the only one available. Also the sediment that leaks through the GOLD filter makes my beautiful and delicious cup of coffee look absolutely disgusting which every morning I consider pouring out and not drinking.

I was hesitant to purchase a drip coffee maker at this price point, but I am so glad I did! I can’t believe how smooth each cup tastes compared to the coffee pot I replaced. It’s very quiet while brewing coffee and I appreciate the features, which I didn’t think would matter too much at first, but having the option to make the coffee bolder or making a smaller pot is so nice. Also, I purchased the black stainless version and it looks great. I’m really pleased with this Cuisinart coffee pot and I definitely recommend it. It’s worth the price tag.
