Wish that the lid was hinged, it's a bit difficult to put back into place. Coffee is good and tempature is perfect.

Do I love almost everything about this 14 cup programmable coffee maker? Yes. It's simple to use, the coffee brews quickly, it looks nice, and the 14 cup size is a plus for entertaining. The down side seems to be the longevity of the unit. We seem to get an average of 3-4 years out of one of these units before some aspect of it fails. But silly us, we keep replacing it with the same thing because we just don't find anything we like better. So, in summary, we love it while it's working, but are disappointed to have to keep replacing them as often as we have. (BTW, 99% of the time it's used once in the morning for just my husband and I, so it's not like we exactly overuse it or are rough on it.)

Like the coffee maker. Good quality and value. Only complaint would be that pouring water into reservoir can be a messy experience.

The coffeemaker was very easy to program. I have it set at four hours start to finish and the coffee stays hot all four hours. Adding coffee to the maker is very easy. Where the water is added is a bit tight, but other than that it is a very good coffeemaker and highly recommended.

Been wanting one for some time now, however, read some of the whiny reviews, which had me put it off.
l really like the 14 cup capacity, easy programing and clean up, it has additional features I like, and is good looking as well, hard to go wrong with this one in my opinion.
Thank you
