Programming was easy! The coffee tastes delicious with the "1-4 cup" setting. The ability to turn off the "ready" alarm is great. Keeping the coffee warm until I get that 2nd cup is great. Overall, very pleased!

Excellent coffee pot! The perfect size, nice modern look. Makes coffee quickly. I like the optional setting than beeps 5 times when the coffee is ready. My favorite feature is the spout which allows the coffee to flow in a way that it does not spill! My last coffee pot carafe was not a good feature because it caused coffee to spill and make a mess.

Overall, a good coffee maker. I think the lid--which opens only from the front --is a major design flaw.
Also, prefer the basket style filter over the cone filter. But all in all, it makes a decent pot of coffee and
is a nice looking addition to our counter.

This is the best coffee maker, a significant improvement over the previous model. Previous model had a solid basket (that holds the gold filter) with a large volume outside the gold filter. That led to weak coffee, especially when you brewed more than 2 cups. The water never really reached the highest coffee grounds. This new model has a solid basket that is close to the shape of the gold filter, thereby maximizing the amount of coffee that is exposed to the hot water. The only thing is the new model sometimes pops while making coffee. Otherwise, it is the best!
