This is an excellent coffeemaker. I’ve used Cuisinarts for many years and like all of them it makes delicious coffee. I especially enjoy the bold setting and being able to change the heating time. My only problem is that it’s hard to get all of the water out of the carafe to fill the reservoir because the lid of the machine gets in the way. Also, I wish they would make a 12 cup version as 14 cups is more than I need.

This is the second time I have purchased this machine. The first time it lasted a little over a year and then began to leak water. This time, the machine lasted less than 3 months. It stopped brewing coffee, and just wouldn't work anymore. I ended up purchasing a different brand now.

Bought one and returned it because of the very loud clicking (about a dozen times) about once a minute. Bought another just like it because I liked it except for that. Same thing. Back it went and bought a different brand.

I bought this to match our “space toaster.” You know the one… silvery, blue buttons, toasts to perfection? No? Well, it’s the one that matches.
Honestly been really happy with the quality of this coffee maker. The included re-usable filter has been great and easy to clean, the coffee is never bitter, and what you measure is what you get — no guesses as to how much 12 cups of water will actually make. I’m happy with the purchase!
