Since it sits under a cabinet it isn’t as easy to fill as our last maker and it is more likely to spill when pouring. Making a pot also takes more time than we expected; however, coffee is hot and stays hot longer.

Not happy at all. In just a few weeks the unit will not keep time correctly rendering the brew time useless. This is the second coffee maker from this company in two years with this issue.

Great coffeemaker! Nice features for coffee lovers - makes a large 14 cup pot, Bold brew setting, small pot setting to make just a little more - stays hot for 2 hours without getting stronger. This is our 3rd one and we hope they never stop making it!
