The coffee maker deserves more than 3 stars. Unfortunately, the first one leaked water from the water compartment and we had to return it for a replacement.

My only problem was with getting all the liquid to drain out of the basket. Then I realized there is a little tab on the basket that must be seated properly in a slot on the coffeemaker. No problems after that.

This is a very good purchase. I had another popular brand and this one has nicer controls, a tighter fitting lid which keeps steam inside. I use the bold setting. The unit makes excellent coffee.

This coffee maker is great. Easy to set the clock, timer, temperature and 1-4 cups or a full pot. It also makes great tasting coffee. I especially like the temperature setting. The medium setting works well if you use creamer.

Wonderful coffeemaker! It doesn't take up a ton of room yet it makes a max of 14 cups, 2 more than our last coffeemaker. I also love the water filter--I think it makes the coffee taste better to have filtered water. Also the reusable gold coffee filter is great, easy to clean, and produces less waste. Nothing bad to say--love it!

Everything is excellent with the coffee maker. I program it at night, and it is ready in the morning.
