First time purchaser, after enjoying this brand while in a vacation rental. My only negative is the water reservoir is a bit unhandy to access while filling (and getting water from pot totally emptied).
Otherwise, it keeps coffee nice and hot. The option for 14 cups will be handy.

Easy to program. Brews delicious coffee without a hitch. It's nice to finally have a coffee maker I don't have to wrestle with every morning.

Very Good Programable - Same Old Carafe Dribble

Very Good programmable coffee maker - replaced one just like it that (only) lasted 4 years before starting to annoyingly leak (from somewhere in the plumbing) onto the counter during the brewing process. My brother has the knob model and both he and I get a good laugh out of the known problem with the carafe/lip design that hasn't apparently changed in years, despite customer complaints about the "dribble" fluid dynamics which routinely renders our countertops wet while trying to pour a cup. Still, for the money, a very good coffee maker.

The very first time I used it, the display window got fogged up with condensation. It stayed there for a long while and did not disappear. It made it hard for me to read the time and auto set up. I waited a couple of days and decided to return it.

So surprised!!! This is our 4th Cuisinart coffee maker and it’s the BEST!!! The new “bold” setting brews a much richer cup of coffee and the upgraded heat setting ensures that it’s piping hot (I always had to microwave it to my liking in past coffeemakers). Highy recommend.

Makes great coffee…love the programmable time on…the extra cups…the “hot” setting…and staying on for four hours! We’ve had four different models of Cuisinart coffee pots and this is our favorite…great warranty, too!
I would recommend this to a friend!
