It's as if someone asked what could be improved from the previous model and actually listened. It's easier to fill, easier to clean and the clock is easy to see and set. I also like the added bold setting and how the buttons are arranged in a row. The coffee it makes is excellent too.

Very happy, this was a replacement under warranty since the hot plate rusted. My only complaint is that hot plate is thin and flimsy, other than that it makes great drip coffee. Need to stay on top of wiping off the hot plate so it won't rust, minor flaw really.

This is my second coffeemaker of this kind. The first one lasted five years and I loved it. It started leaking at the bottom of the clear water receptacle and of course nothing can be repaired anymore. I bought a new one just like it and hope to have it at least that long. The new one is a little noisier but makes great coffee. So far I'm 100% happy with it.

Love the delicious coffee that this machine produces. However, this is our third machine because they stop working after a while and the bottom where the carafe sits rots away, even though we try very hard to keep it clean and dry. So we are not too sure about reliability.
