Best coffee maker I've owned, and i've owned plenty. Cuisinart has the best appliances! The best feature is the ability to set the length of time the coffee remains hot.

My only complaint is that the water seems to flow much faster into the filter area than it flows out into the decanter causing coffee grounds to float up over the top of the filter and get into the decanter.

The silver/gray in pictures does not look like the color I received.
Coffee pot cover fits strangely. Difficult too make sure it is on correctly to prevent spillage of hot coffee when I pour.
Love some of the new features but overall slightly disappointed.

This is my 3rd coffee maker. I give my old ones to my family. I love the new color. As with any coffee maker the heating plate, it will rust. You just have to keep in mind to make sure no moisture stays on the plate. Everything else about the coffee pot works great.

I have owned for 2 months. This Cuisinart 14 cup coffeemaker is easy to use once you read the instructions fully. It is easy to set up for daily automatic brewing. I use the #4 cone filter papers, not the provided permanent filter because it prevents sediment and makes daily clean up a breeze. Coffee is hot and strong. Love it!

I like the coffee maker, the only negative I have is the carafe. Iif you try to fill the pot too fast, the water spills out of the pot. It seems the pour spout could be deeper.
