This is our second coffee pot . We like the way it brews. The flavor is rich. And strong the way we like it. We had many other pots but they haven’t held up like Cuisinart.

All in all a good coffeemaker. waiting to see if heating plate rusts out as my last coffeemaker did so quickly. So far so good!
What I don't like is the way the lid has to come off the carafe. Almost dropped the carafe a few times trying to snap off the lid. Also the pour place for water from the carafe is awkward to use - hard to see and barely enough of an opening

What a great machine. I had another 'top brand' that was a disaster & had always found the Cuisinart family of products to be top notch. The coffee stays a perfect temperature thanks to the adjustable temperature feature and everything you need to make the perfect cup of coffee (minus the coffee itself) is included. i am a fan!

This is my second Cuisinart and I really love them. However, this one seems to produce an error sometimes which shuts the pot down and I have to unplug it. I can manage it and don't see the need to return it, but that one small glitch can be annoying when you thing your coffee is hot and it's not. My first one lasted over 10 years.
