This coffee maker is very good, easy to use, and works very well.
Price was good and quality is good.
Looks great with the other places we have in our kitchen.
But, this is the third one we’ve purchased in two years.
Seems their lifespan is not as long as I would’ve expected.

I’ve have had several different brands of coffee makers over the years, hands down this is the best so far.

This is now my third unit. Previous ones have all failed after about two years of daily use (first one started leaking, second one stopped drawing water from the reservoir). It's a great shame that in this day and age, a coffee machine cannot last longer than two years. I'm done with this brand. There's plenty about this unit to like, hence the fact that I've had three of them, but I'm not going to purchase another one, knowing that the inner-workings are just not built to last. If you don't mind replacing your unit every couple of years, go ahead and give this one a shot. It's a sturdy unit, makes lovely, hot coffee and has a 'bold' setting if that's to your taste. The lid on our coffee pot on this particular unit however, does not seem to fit properly and we always have leakage onto the counter when pouring from the carafe. Too many frustrations for me to consider yet another repurchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a very nice coffee maker. It is the third one of the series we have had, over about 15 years. It is reliable, and makes good coffee.
