I'm on my 4th or 5th Cuisinart coffeepot. It is my favorite pot BUT they have all only lasted 1 to 1 1/2 years, then start leaking through the bottom of the water reservoir. Even though it's my favorite, I'm not sure if I'll continue to purchase this coffeepot. 😥

I have used this coffee maker for a while now. The first unit was replaced around 2 years after purchase according to the Cuisinart warranty. The replacement process was fast and easy! I love this coffee maker because of the pot size (14 cups), programmability, and the ability to adjust temperature and the length of “on” time to meet my needs. I also like that the settings are retained after brief power outages including the need to unplug! My only dislike is that the brew complete signal is rather faint and almost seems to be louder when turning off.

14-Cup Coffeemaker does NOT Keep ACCURATE TIME!!

Cuisinart cust svc has been simply fantastic. However the clock (chip that controls such) continually gains time. I've now had 4 of the 14-cup Coffeemakers and they ALL do NOT (repeat: NOT) keep accurate time. The clock gains time upwards of 45-60 minutes in a 24-hour period.
All the functions of the unit work great and it produces simply great coffee.
This unit (actually now 4 units as Cuisinart has replaced each) replaced a 12-cup Coffeemaker we had for almost ten years if not more.
We love the Cuisinart products and Coffeemakers ... BUT the new 14-cup Coffeemaker's "electronics" cannot keep proper time.
A 45+ minute gain in time each day certainly messes up when the coffee brewing cycle starts when such an event is programmed.
As I walk by the unit I look at it's clock and compare to my known/accurate/digital source and will adjust the clock at least 4-5 times each day.
There is something amiss with the electronic chips and/or design as not having a clock keep at least somewhat accurate time is quite amazing.
I'm hoping the guru engineers at Cuisinart can be advised of this situation and get this problem fixed.
I would love to have a Cuisinart 14 Cup Coffeemaker that keeps ACCURATE TIME, but I'm not sure I will ever see such. Seeing as how I've now on my 4th unit from Cuisinart in the last 3-months.

I truly loved this coffee pot. Everything about it. Taste of coffee especially. Until the unattached top came off while pouring. Burnt my hands and made a total mess. This is a hazard. Happened more than once. The top of the pot should be attached!

I like the large capacity and the features, especially the 1- 4 cup brew option and the multiple times for the auto off function. I love that the lid has been redesigned and condensation no longer drips all over the countertop when you open it. I hope this coffee maker lasts as long as my last Cuisinart coffee maker.
