Great coffee pot. Only issue is for large amount of cups, you need to use the bold setting which drips the water slower. Otherwise coffee grounds get into the carafe

I'm happy with brewing flavor and coffee arrives very hot! I share annoyances mentioned that difficult to fully empty carafe of water on filling, and design of carafe traps contents in upper rim. Appreciate the features for small batches, temp and hold time adjustment, etc. Overall pleased but room to improve too.
