I love it! The stainless steel design fits perfectly in my kitchen. The coffee brews much faster than our older model and this one holds 14 cups... engineering brilliance!

WE HAD THIS SAME COFFEEMAKER PRIOR TO REPURCHASING. WE LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT HOWEVER THE FIRST ONE "DIED" AFTER BARELY A YEAR. WE ARE GIVING IT A SECOND CHANCE, HOPEFULLY WILL HAVE A LONGER LIFE THAN THE FIRST ONE.

First coffeemaker arrived and had a defect in electronics which started on about the 5th pot, so had to be returned. Brew button wasn’t lighting and research indicated that problems like this were not uncommon. However, we noticed right from the start that this pot brewed the best coffee we had ever tasted from a home coffeemaker. So getting a replacement was a no brained and we have been very happy ever since. It’s a great machine.

I'm on my 3rd Cuisinart 14 cup programmable coffeemaker. I love the looks, the programmable feature, the large 14-cup carafe, the quality of the brewed coffee, the 4-hour keep warm feature, and the hot temperature of the coffee. The ONLY thing I don't like about this model is the fact I haven't been able to get one to last much longer than a year. One only made it 11 months. If you could make the coffeemaker last longer, it would be absolutely perfect. I've tried many brands of coffeemakers. I came back to this one for the 3rd time because it's still my favorite.

Very happy with this coffee maker. It is the best one I have ever had. I like that I can set hot plate to high because I use lots of cream in my coffee. I can also turn beep off when coffee is done but I like it so I leave it on.
