I'm pleased with my new coffee maker. It makes better tasting, hotter coffee than my old Mr Coffee. I like the reusable gold filter too. It's a good upgrade for me without too many extra bells and whistles. So far, so good.

Replaced a prior Cuisinart which had a broken heating element. Makes good coffee but makes a lot of noise after the initial brewing has stopped. It appears to be dripping on the heating element creating blasts of steam. This did not happen with the prior unit.
