We received the new Cusinart coffeemaker and were please with it.
I like the stated fact it has safe plastic.
I don't use the metal filter because the coffee tastes better with paper filters.
It definitely uses hotter temperature to brew coffee and and you can select your holding temp for carafe. I like medium temp which works well. I don't use the system little water filter because I use filtered water from my pitcher. I like the size and easy to wipe sides. After brewing I lift the filter out and let system dry on its own. I am very satisfied with use and quality of coffee flavor.
