This is an excellent coffee maker. This is the second one of this model I have purchased. The last one was still going strong after 8 years. I replaced it because the hot plate was stained badly. I bought the exact same model and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend it.

Do not like the small basket that’s holds the filter and coffee. It’s too small handle is hard to grab and have had guest thrown it in the garbage can because it’s hard to see there are two pieces. My old coffee pot is not like that.

I love the cuisinart products. This new coffee pot was a replacement because the last one made so much noise after it brewed. Sounds like something was going off in my kitchen. This one is a little bit better than the last one. I have one from 10 years ago that I refuse to throw away because it works like a dream. I just wish this one would not make as much noise.

My husband is the coffee maker, so it’s been a little slow with the feedback. I get coffee in bed daily, so what I’ve noticed is the coffee is hotter than our previous coffeemaker and it stays hot longer. The bold is too strong for me, but he loves it. We both love that it has an automatic shut off. He especially like the cleaning feature the fast brew time and that he can get a cup before the pot finish. We still use paper filters with the gold filter to reduce the sediment.

This is a nice coffee maker. It brews very hot which is what I was looking for. Coffee is tasty. Brew pause works good. Even when not on bold brew, it comes out pretty strong. Happy with it.
